“EQ” stands for emotional Quotient”. It may be even more important than IQ in one’s ability to achieve success and happiness. We may score well on tests and excel academically, but how do we handle disappointment, anger, jealously and fear?
The concept of emotional intelligent is to be applauded .Not because it is totally new but because it captures in one compelling term, the essence of what we need to know to be productive and happy in lives and in our careers.
What Is EQ…?!!
