Program Objectives
The Diploma in Marketing is designed to impart comprehensive marketing skills and knowledge to individuals and equip them with an understanding of business operations in a changing business environment.

Modules

Marketing Principles
To develop the individual's understanding of Marketing fundamentals-the nature of marketing, marketing defined, the social nature of marketing, the role of marketing in enterprise development.

Marketing Environment I
To develop the individual's understanding of Marketing Environment-global marketing, economic environment, trade, social, cultural environment, political and legal, information systems, marketing strategy and competitive advantage.

Marketing Communications
To develop the individual's understanding of Marketing communications-process, strategy, and results.

Customer Care
To develop the individual's understanding of customer care. A study of customer services accompanying a core product and the service products themselves.

Business Law
To develop the individual's understanding of principles of business law. The general legal principles, tort law, and principles of contract law will be taught.

Business Economics
To develop the individual's understanding of principles of Business Economics. Topics to be covered include economics introduction, demand/supply equilibrium, the concept elasticity, consumer and theory of demand, firm and production, and market structures.
