Allianz Associates (S) Pte Ltd, wholly incorporated in 1997, provides activity-based training programs in the areas of applied psychology, counselling, communication, and human resource development. The approach to training combines a scientific understanding of human behaviour with practical hands-on application of personal and professional skills.

Our Academic Director
The Academic Director for the degree and master programs in counselling psychology and psychology is Dr. Loke W H.
Dr. Loke was formerly a tenured senior lecturer in the Dept of Social Work and Psychology, National University of Singapore and was also the Sub-Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences and Executive Director of the School of Business. He has held adjunct professorships at Rutgers and Adelaide University. He joined several global management consultancies and had led Motorola University in China.
Dr. Loke has a PhD and MA in psychology from the University of Iowa, USA and BA (Magna Cum Laude) in liberal arts, MSc in human resource management, M Bus in IT, and Post Grad Dip in education.
